Vaulted DLC content should be made for all players
I believe since Forsaken, and Shadow keep DLC content has been vaulted then why hasn't there been an update so players who don't have those DLC'S can possibly obtain the exotics from said DLC. Because I don't believe that it's fair that if I play Trials or Iron Banner that I should have to face no skill having players who do nothing but spam Jotuun or Witherhoard when I can't even get those weapons to do right back to them. It makes it difficult when other players have certain advantages in games just because they have the money to pay. I understand Destiny is free to play and need to make their money somehow but I dont believe that exotics should be apart of that. Ive been playing since Destiny Beta so day 1 Literally and y'all never did that on Destiny. At least give the players who don't have said exotics weapons or armor a chance to obtain them? I believe that's not to much to ask. Not saying that the exotics from the DLC'S that are still relevant like the witch queen should be included just the ones that have been vaulted so players don't have to just pay $30 just for exotics that should be given to all players to begin with. Cuz if you pay money for those DLC'S you can't even play the campaigns anymore so you're just paying for the exotics. COME ON BUNGIE YOU GOTTA LOOK OUT FOR YOUR DAY 1'S WHICH YOUVE NEVER DONE B4.

They have always done that though. If you don’t buy a dlc you don’t get the goods from it.

1 ReplyThere is a little thing called the Monument to Lost Lights that's located in the Tower in between the two Vault terminals and has been since Witch Queen. You might want to visit at some point and perhaps you'll see that Bungie has in fact made acquiring prior exotic weapons fairly straight-forward. As for the exotic armor - if you own the appropriate expansion starting with Beyond Light, then you'll need to what everyone else does and farm Legendary / Master Lost Sectors or wait around for the Vex Excursion event to happen on Neomuna for a chance at the armor. If you don't own an expansion, then you're SoL on getting the armor that is associated with that expansion.
