Warlock super exotic
Apotheosis Veil should be reworked to consume ability energy to provide a generic super buff similar to star eaters scales or synthoseps. The perk name is insatiable and it gives every, it makes more sense to me to have it consume that energy instead. Apotheosis Veil is also very bad in its current state and needs some kind of rework regardless of what the change is. Not to mention that titans and hunters have at least one generic super buffing exotic and a few specific super exotics but warlocks only have dawn chorus.

8 RepliesIdk, I like the idea of Apotheosis Veil being the "Kitchen Sink" exotic. I think if Warlocks got a Super-based exotic similar to Star-Eaters, I'd want it to be something like being able to build up a 2nd Super meter. Call it Ikora's Intellect or something since she is very well known to just pop supers like it's nothing.

Also in D1 I remember this at one point being a go to exotic due to the Orbs it produced on usage plus with Rez it was a requirement.

I think it should work as a Jack of all trades. Each ability can be changed and eaten for a benefit. Grenade Could grant Over shield Melee could grant Empower Class could grant Heal But only one can be used per 30 second cooldown ( or 1 min ) . ..that way your not OP and have to choose which to absorb and get benefit from. Benefit could be anything really, those were just example.

Crazy idea, but what if it could function like Radiance from D1 Sunsinger? You consume your Super energy--when it's fully charged--to rapidly speed up the recharge rate of your Grenade and melee abilities for about 15 seconds.

Maybe ability kills give bonus super energy. Once you have a full super, abilities recharge faster and getting ability kills with a full super gives you stacks of a damage buff for your super. Maybe after 6 ability kills with a full super you get a 60% super damage buff.

That’s a cool idea, how about: - Casting your super consumes your charged abilities to grant additional ability energy and instantly replenishes your health. Picking up orbs of power grants additional ability energy recharge rate and improves Intellect for a moderate duration. - If you have multiple ability charges it only consumes 1. - Orbs grant 200% Grenade, rift and melee recharge rate for 10 seconds. - Orbs also grant +40 Intellect (not exceeding 100) for 10 seconds Idk, just my 2 cents. Like the idea tho and Apotheosis really needs some love.

4 RepliesI'd still love to see Apotheosis reworked with the effect from Memory of Felwinter. You lose the ability to use your super, but you get extra charges for all abilities and orbs charge abilities.

I loved the health on super but they nerfed it or broke it on accident so it has too much of a delay after casting. Used to give immediate full health as soon as you pressed the buttons and it made any roaming super a monster if you waited until your health was low to use it. The enemy would use up all their ammo trying to kill you then you pop super and theyd all be reloading. Or you could bait people i to rushing you, thinking that you will be low health and then pop a super on their head. Although these are both pvp applications.

11 RepliesWhat generic super exotic do titans have...? As far as i knew, we only had cuirass, eternal warrior, doomfang, helm of saint 14 and ursa. All for specific supers.
