Continue to receive Blue Item drops (reached soft-cap on all characters).
Heya!
I don't know if anyone else has the same 'problem', but I thought it might be better to share. It's quite annoying.
Since yesterday evening I am again receiving Blue Item (engram) drops from all activities, while I have already reached the soft-cap on my characters. It happened 'out of the blue' (pun (not) intended).
Does anyone else experience this? Did they implement another change?
