You have good taste. I made all 15 pieces for my 3 characters into ornaments at ada. I have seen it drop occasionally in Dares. Check my Warlock.

Yeah i like the Sci Fi Look of it. I found the Cape/Class Item for Titan at Adas Synthetik Place after made her quest... so now just Helmet and Chest missing :) hope Xur get it soon ^^
