After defeating the final boss in the Sever - Shame activity, I get trapped in the circular hallway around the boss area and cannot teleport out into the main area to receive rewards. Defeating the boss triggers a flash like I am being teleported, but I end up in the hallway again. Touching the portal after that does the same thing, until the mission end / dialogue is triggered, then touching the portal does nothing. I am playing on PS4 with a friend on PC, and this has happened both times we ran the activity. My friend had no issue teleporting back to the main area.
