Edited by Redrix: 12/18/2021 5:14:02 PMDead man's tale Fire Rate: 120 or 150 when firing from the hips with the catalyst (Hand cannon fire rate) Damage model: base i believe is 84 head shot damage 97 with 5 x cranial spike Enough for a three tap at base 2 tap after 3 cranial spike (what 120 hand cannons used to do before massive 120 nerf) If it fires like a hand cannon, feels like a hand cannon, smells like a hand cannon, and people ram it down your gob like a hand cannon, it's a hand cannon. not complaining just saying that's definately a hand cannon, and an outlier in the actual scout rifle meta.

VEIST Rapid-Fire scouts like Contingency Plan are worth trying as well.

I've main Veist scouts since year 1, first Frostmires, then black scorpion after sunset and even used the rare version black tiger last Season in IB ect. Pre latest sandbox I'd fully agree, but since the new sandbox on Tuesday, with the latest addition of weapons, they're struggling to match upto the new pulse ect even in optimal scout range.
