Moved Out and changed accounts

So I created a new account on steam because Im moving out of the country and having some payment issues with my steam due to currency used, I bought the destiny 2 legendary edition just to find out my progress wouldn't carry over to this account and obviously I couldn't use cross-save due to the restrainment and that I had to wait 89 days in order to reactivate cross-save. I want to know if there's any possible way to get back my progress on my new account, I don't care if my another account loses all the stuff. Just want to enjoy the new dlcs I bought.

  • You didn't have to create a new Steam account just because you changed regions. https://help.steampowered.com/en/faqs/view/2B3F-DAEF-846B-A0E8 Unfortunately, if you already disabled Cross-Save, you must wait out the 90-day lockout; there are no exceptions. After the lockout is over, you can reenable Cross-Save with your already-existing Steam ID, or you can create a new one and use it.
