Cannot obtain Intercepted Distress Signal in Season 15
The 'secret' area in arms dealer strike does not spawn enemies, and the Intercepted Distress Signal also does not spawn in the container.
Just bought the deluxe edition after quitting shortly before Beyond Light, and have played through each seasons content enough to unlock the activities. Presage related quest also not in quest kiosk, Zavala has nothing for me. Was this quest removed for Season 15?

I started the arm dealer got the signal but then nothing happend zavala had nothing for me I log in and out, nothing happend I deleted the signal and started again thinking I was bugged or something now I cant even get the signal anymore. I already did this quest on my other account and was trying to get it for my brother that doesn't have time to play he has all the edition. In tower at the quest kiosk there is nothing there alsow. I really don't know what to do.
