Why after light fall? I don’t mean to sound rude, just curious.

I think that the major story thread of Darkness vs light will end at light fall. Seems to me we will have defeated a majority of darkness entities by then if not at least the major ones, considering we already have Oryx and many others under our belt. My guess is that some Worms will remain a threat after Lightfall but to me, following a darkness vs light storyline, it’s always interesting to have a light vs light situation. Lysander would be either a great catalyst or great figurehead for enemies of the tower that aren’t alien to rally behind. Just a theory though, we will know at some point hopefully!

I see where your coming from but I have a feeling that the game ends when the conflict between light and dark ends, perhaps they merge but then it wouldn’t be Destiny anymore other than the risk of Vex…

True true, we shall wait and see! For the record, I do love your post. Seems to me there are a lot of characters and stories in the lore that go relatively unnoticed and Lysander is one of those!

Lysander has been one of my favorite side characters for a while even though there isn’t much on him, it’s probably because of the secretiveness. I hope that we finally get to see a rise of enemy human forces as we have the darkness in the system.
