Please fix the weird resolution hickup on game start (PS5)

When you start Destiny 2 on PS5, there is a strange hickup happening where the screen goes black and comes back after a few seconds. For most devices. For some, the screen stays black afterwards and the only solution is to either start the game with a lower resolution and then switch to 4k or navigate to the resolution menu blindly and change the resolution to a lower one and back to 4k. These issues happen both with two different audio extractors I have tried out (the screen stays completely black there) and when I pass HDMI through my soundbar. There is absolutely no other game I have tried that has a similar issue and the PS4 version of Destiny 2 did NOT do this on PS5. This appeared when the PS5 version came out and it stayed ever since. I posted multiple times about this on Reddit and found others that have the same issue, but no reaction from Bungie so far. I will also post this again in the Bungie forum. What I know is that it is an HDCP issue, as the signal recovers without a problem when HDCP is switched off. However, I require HDCP to use Spotify, and in the end it's just a workaround for something that should not happen in the first place anyway. Inb4 "connect the PS5 to the TV directly without an audio extractor or anything similar": There are reasons for the setup being as it is, mainly because those -blam!-ing LG televisions have huge audio lag when using ARC or optical passthrough. This is a known issue and as far as I know it has only been fixed with eARC in more recent models.
