No, I just want it deleted, like, all characters and everything that makes up the destiny account, unbounded from my steam account. I am not looking to use the same destiny account, just to have a fresh start using the same Steam account.

You’d have to start an entirely new steam account just to play.

That’s not possible. That account cannot play d2 again. So you cannot delete it’s current info or start fresh on it.
