CBMM is better! It’s what cod needs to go back to! It rewards higher skilled players and you can actually see progress as you get better

30 RepliesThe problem with PvP isn't that SBMM makes matchmaking take so long it's that no one is playing the mode anymore. All the fun is gone, all the being over powered is gone. There are no fun modes. It's the same 3/4 modes that Destiny has had for almost 7 years now. People said "I don't want to get killed by abilities and grenades!" and then they said "heavy weapons shouldn't be so prevalent!" and then they said "special ammo needs to be restricted" and then we got boring ass 4v4 team shot and things have never recovered. PvP sucks because no one is playing and no one is playing because it's not fun. Sure dedicated servers might help some but at the end of the day who wants to play the same 3 modes we were playing in 2014?

ALARM!!!! Abandon ship! Save yourself! I was totally going to troll this dude for being total PVP cannon fodder - but alas, this prophet has come to deliver us all! Sunsetting is the beginning of the collapse. The end draws nigh. Trample over the woman and children - make for the escape pods! ABANDOOOON SHIIIIIP! The game is meant to be played in the moment because it lacks the necessary depth to last beyond it's climax, if there even is one. You're missing out if you quit.

Quickplay is now not for casual play. You have to rush. You have to be aggressive. Wide point spreads and blow outs are not fun. Your facing potentially..although more often than not higher skill players and often group up in fireteams. My recommendation to guardians. You have to seriously adjust your play style now. You are facing more rushing aggressive players. You need to load out a shot gun and play aggressive or you wont have any fun. Unless your running 3 to 6 deep as a fire team. Even then you can have wide score gaps and up and down matches. Cbmm means good players can pubstomp endlessly. Run with your team. The meta rewards AR team shooting until you learn to press jump and dodge with close range weapons It's a terrible way to play Quickplay is essentially sweats now. And I'm not talking because of skilled play really Its sweaty because of the pace and push push push velocity of matches. There is no space in crucible for players..especially solo players to casually enjoy pvp.

1 ReplyIt took all of one game for me to decide iron banner isn’t for me. For some reason full teams have unlimited artifact power while solos are punished with a deduction. I agree with the masses, pvp is shit
