The Pyramid ships are basically Bungie's take on The Reapers from Mass Effect
They hide in the space outside our galaxy, they are a "race" of sentient ships, they cause mass destruction and genocide and while doing so claim to be our "salvation".
Anyone else notice the resemblance?
