Bungie, I am utterly offended by your silver process. For some reason, my silver purchases are not being applied to my account. Your customer service team has told me to seek a refund. I have been ignored when asking how I can more securely purchase silver. I have shown my digital receipts and cc charges showing the purchase and yet I still have no silver. This is truly ridiculous. I would love to speak to a manager about this. It has been beyond frustrating. Here is my feedback: improve the process by which I can buy silver. Improve your customer service.

Bungie doesn't actually sell you Silver. The licenses are purchased and distributed from the platform store (PSN, Xbox Live, Steam, etc.).
