STOP THROWING PLAYERS INTO LOST MATCHES

This problem isn't new, normally it doesn't happen too often, for me it's something about one from 10 matches, so ca. 10 % and at least for me, it's still bearable. But every time when is "Iron Banner week" Bungie's really advanced nad fancy matchmaking system throw me into those matches almost every second or third game... so 33 - 50 % and that's really pissing me off. Not only because it lowering my W/L ratio (don't expect you'll be in the winning team...) but because I wanna play, not be still in loading... but most likely you'll get dropped into arena and get killed before you even realize what is happening and if you're lucky you'll managed to respawn before end of match which will come no more then minute after you joined. Or sometimes you don't even get droped into arena and you'll get reward while you still loading into that match... So no surprise I'm mad everytime I hear "I'm calling it". Well... this will kill solo queue PvP as quicly as people leaving PvE now. - Lot of people would just say "Just get team, you dumbass..." but why I should seeking fireteams when if there wouldn't be that problem, noone would complaining about it... -_- There are few steps Bungie should do to improve current matchmaking (because if PvE isn't what keep people playing... then this is quite important) [b]For Iron Banner (for the rest of PvP where is level advantage disabled this make no sence):[/b] - stop making teams where is for example 40 power level difference and ban fireteams like that (example 1010 + 970) from joining match until they edit their loadouts - put hard caps for example on -+10 power level in matchamking (so max 20 between the highest and the lowest player's power level in match) and with that "hard cap" I mean that you couldn't swap, inside match, to higher or lower power level then hard caps for that match allow. (that doesn't make you couldn't swap at all). [i]Because lot of times I looked into Roster and all people have same power level (-+ 2) and the I looked again in match... and surprise... one player had 15 more then the rest of us...[/i] - add to matchmaking something that will consider how many times you reset your rank [i]Sometimes you play, the results are quite tight but when you look to the stats at the end and you see that 70 % of all their kills are from one person OR one player have KDA 10 times higher then both teams together... that's not normal to me[/i] This will prevent players from leaving ongoing matches because it would be more fair. But there are few more thing: - add some penalty for leaving match before end (something like 3 warnings and then 12 or 24h ban for all PvP and Gambit) [i]This will also prevent players with crappy internet, which is disconnecting all the time, disrupt match because of leaving when their internet disconnects again.[/i] - add same penalty for idling in match... this happening all the time... After like 15 and 30 sec. of idling (or typical bot idle movements) since start put there some noise or something if for example player ALT+TABed and didn't noticed match already started and after 45 sec. or minute just kick that player out with warning (or that ban)
