Yes it has infinite ammo. Is that broken? No, because it's special ammo and it takes time to recharge, plus you can't pick up special ammo.
Until then, I will never be satisfied unless this gun is brought back, or Whisper gets moved to special.

You mean the gun that singlehandedly cheesed most encounters in the game? No thanks. [spoiler]This is coming from an avid user of the gun since it dropped for me on D1. It was fun but considerably broken.[/spoiler]
