It makes no sense to have it, it's going to give some one a seizure.

This is the reason why I never use these.

It makes no sense to have it, it's going to give some one a seizure.
Im an Arc Logic user, and i can agree, its kinda bad

4 RepliesIt always interesting to see what comes up on these forums. I have 2800 pvp kills on my misfit and not once have I ever noticed the flash. I guess the over all feel of it is so good it has outweighed the flash. I notice a lot of people poo pooing it here but I wonder if the ever really use it. It’s a great utility weapon, can shut down shotguns and hand cannons at close range and compete with 600s at long range, high cal, zen moment and rampage for fire teams that cluster and need to be thinned out. It can be a beast if you get used to it.

Not going to lie.... don't think i've ever noticed muzzle flash in this game lol
-
1 ReplyHonestly prefer because it means its harder to get hosed down by the easiest type of gun in the game to use but you know sure whatever. Remove a feature that makes sense realistically and practically. Only game that actually still understands the concept of muzzle flash actually being disorienting like its supposed to be is Arma. Makes me sad, older games understood this and people didn't complain then all of a sudden its a cardinal sin. Rant I dont get whats with everyone and visibility complaints nowadays in games as whole. Nobody wants night maps, dark areas, muzzle flash, the list goes on and on. What do you want to dumb down lighting and make it not make any sense at all? Rant end

5 RepliesThis guns are pure garbage pea shooting pipes, why using them instead of some decent SMG?
-
2 RepliesI personally enjoy horror story over them all
-
1 ReplyDoes Arc Logic still have it? I haven’t noticed it since they toned it down.
-
It's ridiculous. I don't know if it's their piss poor graphics or what. They just love blinding us in this game. There are just too many bright glaring objects. The supers are the worst. Why in the name of god am I blinded by my own stupid supers? Chaos Reach anyone?
-
At least on Ether Doctor, using a longer zoom scope removed a lot of the flash for me..
-
5 RepliesEther Doctor is actually fine, no flash as I recall. I prefer it to Arc Logic and Misfit. Misfit firing is like looking into the fiery bot hole of the sun - my poor eyes lol.
-
i have so many of those ARs with awesome Perk combinations just sitting in the vault, i like the way they perform in both PvE & PvP but the Muzzle flash is what keeps me from using them more often this feature is completely useless and unnecessary, those guns would see alot more play since most of those Archetypes just got a decent buff
-
I would slay with otherwise I just don't see shit with them But ether doctor is fine , it's kinetic Only arc guns have muzzle flash
-
Arc logic is strong
-
3 RepliesSee...that might be a problem if they were regularly used guns. But they're not 😏
-
I have the same issue with the Premonition pulse. I have one with amazing range but the flash is so bright it's hard to hit the 2nd burst.
-
I use my ether doctor all the time I don’t notice any muzzle flash . On the other two yeah but not on the doctor
-
Apparently in the alternate future timeline of Destiny 2... they never invented a flash cone. ;P https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flash_suppressor

2 RepliesArc Logic got fixed
-
Agreed. It stops anyone from using them seriously
-
I like it, so I'm all in for keeping it as-is.
-
6 RepliesIf someone would get a seizure from muzzle flash, they should not be playing video games.
-
I agree. Bungie thinks it’s cool for some reason. It’s sucks
-
Redrix has it.
-
5 RepliesThought arc logic flash was toned down already
