Well, in that case, someone likely did access your XBL account ([i]since that is the save data you are currently using[/i]). If you don't have 2FA setup on XBL, then I would suggest you change your password ASAP and enable 2FA/MFA on their service. Your account can be accessed from anywhere - they don't have to be on your console to do it. You're right, they likely didn't access your account to play quests, but they do it just because they can and just usually cause some type of havoc in the process. Check with the various vendors to see if you can find the quests again. If YES, they were just deleted. If NO, maybe they did complete them for some reason - again, possibly to just provide a point to MS. Another possibility (for lost quests) could be if you had not logged in for a long time. If they were from the last season then they would have been removed in many cases, as could have been seasonal events. However, in no case will Bungie replace lost or stolen items, characters etc. As for the rocket launcher, there are a couple of weapons that record as "0" for some reason, and usually only show up on reset/deleted characters on occasion. This would, again, be a symptom of having the account hacked.
