You've got to get max temper and also kill the boss at the end. If you get max temper and don't take out the boss, you won't get the key to drop. I just ran it this morning and had to run it a few times to actually take out the boss, it'll give you the key in your quests section.

Yep, killed the boss too. Had some runs in there that were duds but I figured 5 boss kills at max temper and I should get something.
