Possible solution. Change to all other characters you have and go check for the new quest at St.14.
After completing the Corridors of Time I had this missing quest happen too and was so mad that I wasn’t going to get the fusion rifle or be able to get the savior title either. I tried going back to orbit and back to Saint. Tried going to Osiris getting no result. Back to Saint again with no luck and I was fuming mad. Took a shower and realized I might have completed the St.14 story on another character. I quickly logged back in on another character went to Saint and he had the new quest for me to start. Hope this helps U all.

Did not work for me. I only started it on my hunter. I'm extremely mad about this. But what can you do? Probably nothing. This was probably my last straw with this game. Might have to start playing other games. I don't have the time to redo all those steps and I can't even get the quest again on my hunter. It's completely gone

I heard Bungie is releasing it tomorrow for all players whether you do the code thing or not. GL

Confirmed this works. Went to saint on character that had completed the story and next quest step was waiting. Thanks for the info
