Facing the facts, that
1. Luna / NF got nerfed, so are a little less valuable as a reward
2. survival mode 3v3 offers less opportunities to do kills in general
3. Hand Cannons got nerfed and are now weaker in PvP meta
imho it would be just fair, to also decrease the necessary progress in the resp. quest steps by a certain percentage. Should be still challenging, but reasonable.
Applies also to other quests (e.g. some Y1 catalysts, Redrix's), where effort is still the same, but the reward became less valuable or some conditions deteriorated.
Just for those guys who will roast me now like "people already went through it, would be unfair now to make it easier": it is a normal economic principle, to adapt a price/performance ratio. E.g. the TV you buy today, will be much cheaper in 5 years, as it is not "meta" anymore. In real life, you would not question such a development, but same principle also applies to in-game economics.

They could make the kill requirements progress in in Quickplay and double in Comp but the reputation needed for Luna and NF should stay the same.
