I'm having the same issue and have seen a few other posts saying the same thing. Don't worry about re-installing the game as a last resort because I did it and it didn't help at all. I also did all the recommended fixes and nothing either. Hopefully, Bungie catch on to this and create a fix it relatively soon.

Damn, I already gave up and started a reinstall. May as well just keep it uninstalled for a while until they fix it then.

That sucks man. Yeah, I've basically given up for now as well. I just don't know what else to do with my life while I wait haha.

Yeah just gave up and just kept it deleted it from my other PS that was still going. May just have to keep it that way until my net resets next month and i can try again lol
