After scientifically analyzing the given circumstances, yes, this is the most likely explanation. How many of those raccoons do you think are actually hoomins?

Given that bacteria also multiply in a similar way(yes I know they use asexual reproduction and stuff), it’s only a small percentage of those raccoons. So probably only 1 or 2.
