As I stated in the title the seasonal mods need to be universal between all armor from all seasons. This is not just me thinking this but a large chunk of the forums community as can be seen by the huge number of upvotes between the 6 different posts below on the matter. I'm also more than willing to bet that if you check with reddit and streamers this ideas stretch to them as well.
