I want an answer from bungie
Why is the warlock melee speed slow? I want to know why you will not increase its speed despite there being no logical reason for it being slower.
Edit: I’m going to repost this every day until bungie offers an explanation for this. I encourage other warlocks to do the same.
Edit: anyone claiming warlocks are overpowered will be promptly muted for being a liar. The player stats blatantly disagree.

1 ReplyWhy are warlocks not one hit kill, with auto aim down the sights, overshield and instant health regeneration while we're at it. Hell why don't you just make us invulnerable and give us a perk to never run out of ammo too.... Do you Warlocks ever shut the -blam!- up? Literally constantly on this forum talking about how everything is so hard and your class is being discriminated against its like you wont be happy til you have a god class, seriously if its that bed roll something else or go play something else like im going to this season

The new warlock solar melee is very good but yes the speed on other warlock melee is quite slow

I have all 3 characters. Warlocks are really good I destroy in the crucible with my warlock your 3rd edit is proof of how much of a snowflake you are.

Here is a simple way to look at this. Destiny offers 3 characters, each with their own abilities. Try out all three and find the one you like. If one doesn't work for you because you feel something is weak, use a different character. Done. To sit back and expect Bungie to take into account the thousands and thousands of complaints and adjust to each one is insane. Everyone wants them to change something for them like the game is all about them. Bungie made the game, here are your choices, have a nice day. I wish they wold just leave it alone and stop buffing / nerfing completely. If one thing is OP, then everyone will use it which will result in nobody being OP. If you want to come back and say "I tried all three, I only like the warlock feel" well boohoo, too bad. Those are the choices, make one and deal with it, much like life. So Sick and tired of little entitled brats that want to stomp their feet because something isn't going their way.

Couldn't care less about melee. I never plan on getting that close. As long as the grenades and supers work I will always choose armour and mods that enhance those before I look at melee.

1 ReplyWell muted me cause top tree dawnblade is now broken and OP as hell. This happens every content drop the nerf other subclasses buff another and in so doing break and make that subclass OP as hell. You can build a infinite heat rises, solar grenade, super fast super charge build with the top tree warlock right now its synergy is insane. I get killed all the time with hand held supernove and from warlock arc melee maybe spend sometime on your build and mod setup if your having trouble.

11 RepliesIt really isnt that slow plus you have devour, stormcaller 50 mile melees, and empowering melees. Oh and the one that got buffed so that has infinite range like stormcaller

8 RepliesThey could tell you all you want but you will disagree and try to tell them different just like you tried to tell them how their own perks work dispite hearing it from their own mouth. Other warlocks and classes can tell you its a grenade oriented class and you'll say its not. This post is just disruption and doesn't seek anything else but that.
