Revert the entire elemental mod removal. Give players the ability to change/assign elemental affinity. Tractor cannon was the reason for removal that extra damage buff to void no long exist. Therefore no longer a need to keep the feature out of the game

Eh. Maybe if the EP weapons got updated to take mods. Otherwise I dunno if it’d make sense to go about it like that.
