I bought the collectors edition which includes all seasons and mine is locked as well. Please advise Bungie.

Hi there. Records show that you are game sharing the deluxe edition. Season Passes cannot be game shared.

Well I just bought the normal version of Shadowkeep but according to the description of Shadowkeep on the xbox store from a few months ago I think because I bought the Forsaken season pass when I did I should get the next 3 seasons free (not counting undying).

You will need to buy each season after Shadowkep for $10 USD/1000 Silver. Edit - Shadowkeep Standard includes one season pass at no additional charge, which for you would have been Season of Undying
