i buy Digital Deluxe and No Gifts :(
Hello!
Before that, I played ~ 130 hours in the basic version of the game, and then, with the help of Steam's support, I was able to “upgrade” the version to the Deluxe edition. But after purchasing the Deluxe Edition, I did not receive in-game items and silver. Do you need to get them somewhere separately?

You get the digital deluxe items from Eris after completing the first Shadowkeep mission, but according to your history, you have not yet gone to the Moon, so it's not possible for you to have picked up those items yet.
