No I'm not sure where you got this information but you have to purchase Shadowkeep on both systems.

Maybe I wasn't totally clear. Just the Season of the Undying transfers. I was able to play on both console and PC prior to my PC purchase of Shadowkeep and multiple of my friends who did the same as me did receive the silver.

This is a lot clearer thank you and I apologize if I responded harshly ... but I'm not seeing anywhere that they guarantee you silver for purchasing it on multiple platforms. And I've looked pretty heavily and I know I didn't get it (I purchased it on all three platforms).

Another poster pointed out that the next season in line opens up. If you go to the seasons tab and hover over your season rank it will show you have multiple seasons unlocked!
