Day 1 player needing Bungie support for refund purchased on wrong account.

Hello Bungie and fellow Guardians, Day 1 player here, I was unaware that shadow-keep didn't support console game-share and inadvertently purchased shadow-keep on my empty account. Please help me Bungie as PlayStation support has passed the baton to you. I have a Sony case #. I simply wish to refund one account and purchase on my main which has been a day 1 account.

So in attempting to get the season pass to work ,by opening the game the refund is void. Thanks PlayStation. I have been left with 3 options Loose 5 years of progress and just play it. Purchase it again Or perhaps buy seasons with silver? I wonder if Bungie could move my game character data across

  • Hello. Bungie does not handle refunds, as they are not the retailer. Shadowkeep itself should be able to be game-shared, but Season Pass premium track rewards are account based and cannot be transferred to other players. Gameshare is not officially supported by Bungie or Destiny 2 and is instead a platform feature. Please reach out to your platform support if you are having issues regarding Gameshare.

    • Bungie has no control over your purchases and licenses. This is something that only Sony can help you with.

      • If you purchased this from the Sony/PS store, they have to handle the refund. Bungie is not a retailer and has no control over who does/doesn't get a refund. Sony passed the buck when they should've handled it themselves.

        • Game share works with Shadowkeep. In the event you are still searching for a refund, you are out of luck. Bungie has nothing to do with refunds, and Sony's refund policy is extremely strict and they do not stray from it. If you downloaded the content, any chance of a refund is gone. I found out the hard way about their shitty policy when I attempted to download a game to play in VR not realizing the VR version was a completely separate game and not just a different mode within the game. I didn't see anything to play VR when I started up the game, immediately closed it and contacted PS support. They told me once it is downloaded, that's it.

        • Game-sharing should work for Shadowkeep. NOT the year 3 season pass.
