So, I was trying to get all my content from Destiny 1 in Destiny 2 to play it on Steam, but when I linked my Xbox Live account to Bungie (the same one I used to play Destiny 1), it says my account does not have any characters. However, when I check my achievements section of that same Xbox Live account, I can see that I have 30% of Destiny 1's achievements, so I know I have characters on this account. I attached images of both the activate cross save screen and the Xbox achievement screen. How can I get my cross save content from Destiny 1 back? I beat the game and played for a pretty reasonable amount of time, so I feel bad about losing it all. :(
