I can't craft one of my transmat effects in collections
Back when Osiris had just come out I had gotten the "reflection effects" transmat effect, I wanted to craft a new one to put on my newer ship but when I go into my collection I cannot craft it.

youll need to re-earn it. collections and the like didnt get added till warmind, so since you used it it wasnt in the collection.
