Definitely an interesting idea, but I don’t think that happened. The abrupt ending was because it’s only an expansion (which always have short campaigns) and the story will continue throughout the following seasons.
I’d be more concerned about wether or not we ever left the Vault of Glass or the Infinite Forest…
