Hello neth3rwolf,
Which exotic quests are you referring to? Could you provide a screenshot showing the information that the game is providing about the quests not being available?

But yes, my PC account cannot pick them up. It says I must have forsaken. I'm hoping this is just a bug and not intentional?

To be able to access those quests on PC you will need to own Forsaken on Steam. Since you are using Cross Save and you can access the quests on XBOX you can complete them there and then be able to use the weapons on PC when playing with your XBOX characters. Hope that helps

Hello? Please respond to me. These exotics are clearly part of black armory specifically. Not forsaken. It may not effect me because I own both versions, but this issue needs to be known because new light players who buy shadowkeep and don't want forsaken will be disapointed. It goes against the whole point of bungie saying "we want new players to be able to access only the parts of the game they want and pay for". These exotics are part of black armory. Which comes with shadowkeep. Locking them to forsaken is saying you don't get everything you paid for from buying shadowkeep.

No actually, that doesn't help, that makes no sense. Why am I able to access all of the other black armory weapon forge quests, but not those two?
