Hi There,
Could you provide a screenshot of where you expect the ornaments to be? Imgur links work best.
Ornaments will not automatically apply to newly pulled weapons and must be reapplied manually.

Are you aware if the missing ornaments were all Year 1 drops? Unfortunately collections were not enabled until May 2018, so if the exotics, ornaments, and sparrow were earned prior to that date they may not exist in your collections.

Could be with the weapons. But have ornaments not always been permanent?

If the ornaments were earned prior to May 2018 and connected to removed weapons, they will not appear again even after re-earning the weapon.
