If they are in your game, report them and move on. If you are just trolling player's histories and reporting it really does not carry the same weight as you do not have first hand information as to if cheating was taking place.
There have been plenty of players restricted and banned for network manipulation. There has to be actual evidence of said manipulation taking place before actions are taken.

I have the evidence in the history of consecutive games won by the players and I also have the message where one of these players requests a price of 50 euros per head to get 5500 points in competitive.

Okay... did you play in the match with them or just looking through player histories? You can report them via the manual tool, include your message, the issue you are going to encounter is, if they are performing recoveries to do so, it is not as simple as issuing a ban or restriction as they are floating from account to account. If you have done your part in reporting, move on. Obsessing over it is not going to make anything happen.

If I played with them in destiny 1 and they restricted me because of them when doing ddosing, and now they use freewins manipulating the connection and requesting money for it (it is illegal in both cases). I have used the Tool but these do not change accounts, they only use the same account. Thank you and I hope the problem is solved since users are being affected by these types of players who are breaking the competitive game in one way or another and it is no longer meaningful to look for certain weapons if you can get them with traps without being sanctioned.
