If you suspect cheating or have evidence of such, you can use Bungie’s report tool (Linked here) to report the team in question. Please do not post videos/screenshots/names of what you suspect here on the forum. Naming and shaming is against the code of conduct and can get you in trouble. PGCR counts as potential evidence.
Decca1705 is correct. The page he linked is the best way to report players to us. I can confirm that I personally review these reports and take action based on what is found when investigating. For many reasons (some legal) we cannot comment publicly on investigations. But we do read the reports :)

  • I sent you a lot of complaints on comp. abusers, they're still playing this game. Can I have an official answer from BNG, that ip-lock/Glory transfusion between players is legal from point of Bungie's view. Because some of them are Legends with "Not forgottens", next season some of them will be with seal "Unboken", I'm also want to be a Legend and Unbroken, but I need in YOUR answer — "yes, you can use transfusion via "Antarcti IP's" with stack of 8 players SAFELY, if you want to be an unbroken. Don't waste your time in comp, you won't be punished." Cuz.. you can read the reports, but you don't perform any actions on villians.

  • Thanks for reaching out. I know you guys care and put the time and effort in, whether people see it or not. You would not be where you are today if you didn't. The problem, as I tried stating, isn't necessarily the action of DoSing - I know there are times I cannot avoid that and people will just be worthless no matter what you do. The issue is the humanism around it. Please hear me out. It is so unfortunate that whether action is taken, which I thank you guys for what you do, the public views it as a "Oh yeah that just is going to happen, part of the game." That mindset takes time to evolve and it is a result of not publicly setting your stance or addressing it. You do not need names to do this, you do not need to shame - be an iron lord man. Set your stance and make it known. Fear can, and should, be apart of this. People should be thinking "Yeah man, but I do not think it is worth doing that." That is prevention with humane intentions while staying resolute on your values. It is why I liked the banhammer stance. Unfortunately it has evolved so much over time that this is when PR firms typically use drastic strategies - I know Bungie is not about that and I love it. Shadowkeep is soon and I am so excited - you have a chance here to really set a tone and I wouldn't want it to go to waste. I know resources are probably extremely tight, but just think about how this benefits new players and veterans. Thank you guys for all you do <3

Thank you for measured, thoughtful feedback. We have, in the past, sent emails like the one in this Reddit thread: https://www.reddit.com/r/DestinyTheGame/comments/38qlv5/got_an_email_from_bungie_for_reporting_players/ I will make sure your feedback is seen by the team. :)

  • Replying to people to shed light on why people have been banned or caught a restriction was a fantastic change in approach. Occasionally amusing (though I refrain from piling in out of respect, and I'm glad to see the majority of users do likewise), but above all else helpful and grants some transparency. Keep up the good work. 👍

  • And yet it continues. What would be nice is a public flogging of those found guilty to try and discourage these activities. RuneScape a few years ago had a place called "botany bay" where all accounts found guilty of using third party software for an unfair advantage had their names displayed before being banned. inb4 "wHaT aBOuT the iNNoCEnt" hence the "found guilty"
