I honestly don't really think paid carries that include the person who is actually paying are that bad. Recovs and the cheating and win trading should have the guns taken away though. But there's no way for them to tell. Or really there is ways for them to tell but they would take a lot of time.
Either way there's lots more NFs running around these days than there should be.

Have you notice that people who didn't earn their NF's aren't really that good with it? I've seen countless matches where someone using a Luna or NF doesnt even break even on efficiency.

A Luna goes down to a Recluse every time at close range and you are dead in one shot with a sniper or when targeted with a Truth. You can't judge how people do in a game just by the weapon they use. The people they are playing with and the people they are playing against have a lot to do with it. There are times that I look great when matched with a very good team, and look like I should just play pve when matched with some really bad ones. When matched with bad ones I am constantly getting taken on by two to three people. No weapon is great against three people. Everything is relative, and it may not be a good idea to just generalize.

This isn't a generalized statement, just an observation. I know the difference between a complete stomping, where a good player is on a bad team and barely scratches a positive efficiency and a bad player getting crushed. Usually the good player will have a better efficiency as compared to their teammates. A bad player will still be at the bottom or near the bottom relative to there teammates. I also consider a person tanking as a bad player regardless if they really are or aren't. Its matches where its pretty even/ close throughout that someone with a Luna or recluse is either either 3rd or 4th with an efficiency below 1.00.

I've got a Luna, but prefer a trust that I got with rifled Barrel, tac mag, snapshot and explosive rounds. MW range.

I still use luna over recluse even though recluse is probably better just because i like scout rifles. And hand cannons are basically acout rifles in this game.

Yeah. Luna kind of sucks now. It was cooler back when you could kill shotgun rushers with it.

I have one but got it too late for all of that. It was already nerfed when I got mine. It still is a good weapon, but I get outshot by a lot by plain weapons.
