I can't cross save my xbox account because I lost the info to my ps4 account a long time ago and can't unlink it
So a long time ago I made a ps4 account on a friends xbox and linked it to my bungie , now about 3 years later I have forgot the password and can't cross save my xbox characters to my pc account , so if there is anyway to just unlink my ps4 account so I can use my characters it would be highly appreciated. ps: I have never even played on the ps4 account I just made it to have one linked

4 RepliesBungie cannot unlink platform accounts, as it requires the username and password for those accounts. You will need to contact Sony, and see if they can help you recover the account, so that you can login to unlink it. Again, that is not something Bungie can do for you. If you are absolutely unable to recover the PSN account, your only other option would be to create a new Bungie profile, and link your active accounts to it. That requires a bit shuffling and finagling, and is not ideal for some folks.
