The problem is, they aren't advertising a paid service. They're offering to "carry" which is not a violation of any terms that I'm aware of. If any money changes hands, that's happens in the "message me" part.
I agree that it's ridiculous to have that many simultaneous posts on the board though. Maybe Bungie can limit one per account.

I get the point that you make, but surely asking players to send them money via PM's is not a good reflection upon the acceptable use of the service that is provided by Bungie. You would have to be a mug to pay someone to get a carry through an element of the game. My main gripe is the board is being spammed, especially the 'Anything' filter.

I know. I use the section a lot to look for Nightfall partners, and it sucks. The other part of the problem though is: if these people solicit money through PM, someone has to report them for Bungie to notice. Even then, I had a guy solicit me out of the blue one day for a paid carry, and I cant find a way to report the PM through the Companion app. It's probably been a year since that happened, but still, I would have reported it at the time if I knew how.
