I don't have access to my old Bungie account but would like to reacquire it
Long story short I had my sister make my account, she used her Email and now I don't have access to it, is there any way Bungie could switch over the Email in control?

Bungie doesn’t have accounts, Bungie uses platform accounts so your login would be an Xbox, PlayStation, or Battlenet login and thus you would need to use those platform resources to reset passwords or find a lost ID. If however you are referring to a legacy Bungie account that would have existed prior to 2015 and would have had its own login then those accounts were given time in 2015 to link an Xbox or PlayStation account to replace the Bungie login credentials. If you didn’t do that during that time frame then that account is gone forever.

I believe you’d need to request that by logging into the account in question and changing the email on the account. Bungie won’t make changes that aren’t connected to the account itself unless they can be certain the original owner is you.
