Question about le monarque
Do I need the powerful gun frame from ada-1 for the monarque to drop or I can just farm the fourges till I get it? If so where should I go to get it!?

It can drop without a frame but the drop rate is laughable I'd recommend bergusi forge cause it let's you also farm jotunn which is slowly wiggling its way into meta on xbox atleast
