I was a Bubble Bro in D1 and I miss the days when I was the source of safety for the fireteam.
WoD subclass is not bad but it lost all of it's support qualities to the new solar warlock subclass, that subclass also has all of the offensive qualities going for it as well and has very good exotics in it's corner.

I agree, I don't see why the bubble shouldn't have the ability for people inside it to shoot through it now. Since well of radiance is essentially the same thing, except it consistently heals you, gives an over shield and makes your weapons more powerful as well. Bubble is like an inconvenience when compared to it.

The reckoning is the place where I find it the most annoying. I usually run my warlock and when a titan bubbles in the capture point it usually kills 1 or 2 unsuspecting teammates. Not to mention its invisible in front of all the white aesthetic and the minotaurs just take one step inside and knock everyone out. Titan's should have an exotic that absorbs super energy from all incoming damage to the bubble and be able to transfer it to a triggered explosion, as it pops, that kills anything around it.
