Psst, hey you, Guardian. Yeah you. You know that sick-ass sparrow you want? The one that's probably the coolest looking one in the game? The one painted up olive green with a shark mouth on the side? Yeah, Zamboni-007 or whatever. Well guess what. You'll never get it. Not until you give Bungo your money. It's part of an Eververse package. I hope this sudden and depressing realization puts you in a foul mood and makes you think long and hard about the validity of Eververse in this game.

Yeah, Zamboni-007 or whatever.
While I respect your opinion on thinking about the Zambezi-00 looking cool, I wouldn't even consider buying it with Bright Dust. My opinion on its looks differs greatly from yours.
I wouldn't even consider buying it with Bright Dust.
And I, on the other hand, have so much bright dust that I don't know what to do with it. I've taken to calling it shiny dirt.
-
I’ve gotten all my cosmetics for free. Still see that being the case.
-
You won't be getting this one for free. Not unless someone else buys it for you. It's a shame, really.
-
it's a cosmetic though. I do wish we could earn cosmetics in game through various activities but direct purchase bundles aren't that bad
-
direct purchase bundles aren't that bad
So you don't think they've nickle and dimed us enough with a 60 dollar game, 80+ dollars worth of DLC (if you bought it all right away), and an annual pass? You think it's okay for a full price game with DLC totaling up to more than the original price of admission to add a free-to-play style cosmetic microtransaction shop to the game? This industry is totally -blam!-ed because of people with your mindset. Always making excuses and apologizing for the shitty things these companies do to their customers. Congrats. I bet you're somehow even proud of yourself, sticking up for the little (multi-billion dollar a year) guy. Nice. Epic.

I said "I don't care about cosmetic microtransactions, I wish we could earn them in game though." get off your soapbox bubba
-
but direct purchase bundles aren't that bad
The -blam!- do you call this then? Sounds like you're excusing Bungie's behavior to me.
-
hey bubba! stop smoking crack!

You sir are part of the micro transaction problem. It’s not that bad is the first phrase uttered before you have COD level micro transactions. Sadly it’s people like yourself that let it slide because “it’s not that bad”. SMH
-
it's unfortunate most interesting cosmetics are locked behind real money transactions. however, these don't have a pay to win aspect to them, which is why I don't mind
-
We DO earn cosmetics through play. I’m not sure what you mean by this.

Incase you didnt know Season 6 introduced new weekly Exclusive eververse items that are sold in silver bundles and silver bundles only. THese items cannot be claimed through bright engrams or bought for bright dust because they dont appear in either. THis season there was one ship, Servitor ghost shell bunny ghostshell(the better one) and some of the gambit weapons ornaments. all behind 10$ silver purchases.
-
The eververse bundle items (ie: dragons breath sparrow, servitor ghost shell, arc super emotes etc) cannot be earned in game and must be bought with real money.
