LOL. I find this super entertaining. Watching the competitive PvP guys melt down over this, is hilarious to me. I wish Bungie would do this every other week.

Some have more money than sense. I work with lads who spend £250 on FUT packs everytime fifa comes out. The one spent over £800 last year, then had his account locked.

Who goes into a loot based space magic game asking for the loot and space magic to be watered down? Over competitive PvP guys, that's who. I wouldn't care if Bungie gave that crowd rocks and slingshots to fight each other with if it didn't affect the loot.

Eh, it just makes the mode super boring. I got my last 3 wins in an 11 game win streak for Recluse just chucking grenades at the start of the event. I'm glad some people enjoy it, but we already have Mayhem for mechanics like this. Although I do hope some people were able to get Recluse/Luna because of it. Recluse is amazing <3

I’d like to see the tonic stay once the event passes....just make it much harder to acquire so its use is much less frequent..... in PvE only. Although I’m really enjoying it in PvP during this event and laugh at all the competitive meltdowns because competitive has been one sided for some time (shoes just on other foot now and sweaty try hards are exposed) it should not remain in competitive after the event, HOWEVER I hope Bungie pays attention to how this event has exposed competitive for what it has become (a one sided salty bullying game mode) and what type of poor sportsmanship is shown by those they have given so much attention too. These posts are proof they need to balance PvP, loosen pinnacle weapon requirements...OR better yet bring back Trials and move these weapons there where the pros will weed out the sweaty try hards. There are some really good respectful and professional competitive players on the field and I give them all the respect in the world (they are NOT sweaty try hards)....but I’m sure they adapt and do well under most circumstances and handles themselves accordingly. I hope these guys get their Trials back. They deserve it!

Now turn the table. How about an event where I just can roll through the Raid, ignore mechanics, just auto kill all end bosses and get all rewards on 1st try (including Thousand Voices). How would you PVE players react, who spend countless hours to perfect runs and learn all the specifics?

Me personally, I wouldn't care. It'd make the raids more accessible to those who don't have a lot of time to play. Besides if it's only for three weeks, who cares? It's an event in a video game, stop taking things so seriously and start throwing grenades.

It is pretty funny, I cant lie..the melt downs are serious to...it’s a game. The salt is real like the stock market crashed and people lost everything.
