got not forgotten finally!
about a month ago i hit 5500, a couple days ago i got lunas howl, and today i finally got not forgotten. i solo queued the 300 lunas kills at 4000+ glory and had to go against 4 stacks of skip grenades in every game, but now it’s finally over.
the quest was long and hard, but it was awesome to have something long term and rewarding to work towards. would love to see a new legend reward every few seasons!
edit: played a few games of quickplay to try it out and got hatemail already lol

1 ReplyCongrats man! Getting NF from Shax was one of my favorite Destiny moments. However, please don't be the guy that always runs NG, Dust Rock, Wardcliff, and either OEM or Spectral or something in QP. Don't be that guy. NF contributes well to a lot of builds so experiment! And don't be afraid to take it off here and there either.

Bravo! After I hit fabled this season I got a warning message saying I’d be banned if I didn’t improve my connection(which we pay for the best connection, btw). Now I’m too scared to jump back in for NF.

1 ReplyAwesome man, some people actually do it instead of whining and what do you know? It works out! I have all the weapons except Broadsword, which I'm about to finish, then I'll have to decide whether I want to chase NF or not. I still haven't grinded enough reckoning or prime and I want to get all those weapons too, plus I have a few scourge completions to get so I can finish that loot pool. Decisions, decisions lol. Congrats though, I'm happy you got through it.

3 RepliesFirst off, obligatory ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) because of "long and hard", and I feel like being immature for a moment. Second off, congrats man. The Mayhem(Grenade Steroid Edition) Crucible definitely isn't enjoyable for most good players, especially when you [b][i]literally need gun kills[/i][/b]. Third, people send hate for NF on PC? I thought Ace of Spades got the most hate there, seeing as it essentially makes up for a third of all kills there(and a lot of posts I've seen say it takes "no skill" there). On console I'd understand a bit more(though I don't necessarily agree with it), but on PC? Where other Hand Cannons are actually still relevant? I guess that's just Quickplay for ya.

I’m content with LH/recluse (and I wouldn’t touch comp during this event), but what was your normal load-out, if you don’t mind me asking. Edit: didn’t realize you were on PC. Makes more sense now.
