[/spoiler] He has a long black cape made of the fur of a great bear that covers his shoulders and falls all the way to the ground. No one has seen his face, which is masked by the visage of a NCR Veteran Ranger's helmet. I gave the smith the basics and he took care of the rest, and he did an amazing job! Behold, the Phasesplitter! Twisting the handle can infuse it with frost energy along the blade. But the best part is the enchantment, which was a surprise from the manufacturer: Twisting the handle can turn the Blade into "a spectral beam of light that can cut past armor and attack their very life source! The weapon is 6 feet long and due to my strengthening Power Armor, I can heft it with ease. Great job with the last two, Lee, very impressive work and quickly too!
