Luna just out gunned my Machine gun...
...it's getting a little ridiculous when Luna has a faster time to kill than a LMG.

Edit: This has been quite the conversation. It's clear that those who have Luna's don't want it touched, and those who don't have it are frustrated with having to grind competitive to get it, probably because they went through all the other hoops, but find themselves against a wall when queueing solo (like myself).
I even went so far as linking a video. A video when I'm at my worst, or when I feel the game screwed me over by lag, shots through walls, or bad spawns...everyone has jumped on that video telling me how sh*t I am at the game. Fine. I'm sh*t at the game, whatever...but the video is when I'm at my worst. I've gotten a "we've ran out of medals." I've had my moments. I'm often on top of the scoreboard when jumping into matches. But...whatever...who cares, right. I put out one video, and everybody sh*ts all over my worst moments.
This thread has reminded me that this community is f*cking awful, and brings out the worst in me by my angry replies. This game is a f*cking cancer to us all.

Your shot needs a little love too, it also pays to remember that this game is very team based even after TTK changes. Rolling with teammates is your best chance of winning in most situations

This happens all the time Luna users simply have their own universe when it comes to flinch... Shot them with a tank shell and they will still 3 tap u 😑

Then you were too close to the lunas. LMGs are broken. How on earth did you get outshot by a 180 handcannon? Your LMG has a faster TTK and gives more flinch. You were either missing too much or you were too close or you were aready damaged.

Ngl i think that was me and if it was than it wasn’t Luna. You’re aim was bad. Idk if it was you but i outgunned a guy in comp using Luna and he was using hammerhead on the Nessus map with the cave

It’s happened to me as well, now I only use Wardcliff or rockets. Got my wardcliff catalyst two weeks before forsaken and used it all the time but it’s kinda lame it’s considered meta now.

4 RepliesThen use something else to counter it, like a rocket launcher or even a sword by guarding. There’s no law saying that you have to use a machine gun against a Luna. If other people are able to use better weapons then I don’t see why you can’t, seeing that you’ve played the game enough to get said weapons. If I could complain about anything, it’d be Jotun. However, I won’t. It can be countered. I somehow manage, and look at me.

I saw the video, you missed half your shots and shot at his Weiner while he immediately 3 tapped you without missing a shot. It's not Luna, it's a you problem.

Machine guns sadly seem to get outgun by alot of things if you are not hitting your headshots.. I really miss my silvered dread from D1... Machine guns are just sad in D2, like alot of things.
