Everyone isn't happy with the rate you get them at but what if you made it where if you dismantle a mod or a weapon you not only just get 1 mod component but you have a rare chance of getting 2 mod components and make it even more rare to get the chance of getting 3 mod components. Simple fix right? Right...? Please just say yes...
