Has humanity ventured outside the Solar system?
So have humans ever actually left the Solar system? Cause I know that they've been trying to. For example Exodus Black crew was supposed to visit an exo planet (probably to colonize it) but they crashed on Nessus, one of the dwarf planets in the Kuiper belt. Hell! Even one of the first lines of the original game was "We knew that it was our DESTINY to walk in the light of other stars". So... Did they do it?

As far as I know, only Drifter and his original Crew were the only ones to have ventured outside the Solar System. Everyone else though, not so much. They were focused on surviving.
